Initially, Bee comes across as a charming, charming, and sympathetic character who is loved by and protective of Cole. The Babysitter:
Bee first appears to protect the protagonist Cole from his bully.jeremy, whispered a threat in his ear, after which he and his thugs ran away. She tends to Cole's wounds and after dropping Cole off at his house, tells him that they will party the next night while she tends to him.
The next day, Bee arrives as Cole's parents are leaving. Bee and Cole enjoy swimming, dancing and filmmaking. He also offers Cole some alcohol, but a worried Cole secretly dumps it at a nearby factory after Bee leaves the room and pretends to have drunk it when she returns, feigning disgust.
After making sure Cole goes to bed, he invites his friends over.Allison,max,Sonja,John, and Samuel, to the house. Unbeknownst to her, Cole is spying on her. After playing Truth or Dare, in which Bee dares to kiss all her friends and ends with Samuel, she raises two daggers and stabs Samuel in the head while Cole looks on in horror. His friends fill two cups with Samuel's blood, and it is revealed that all five areSatanic, as Bee pulls out a book he refers to as The Devil's Bible. She explains to them the ritual of dripping the blood on the page and reciting the verses.
She announces that they will be going upstairs to get Cole's blood soon, startling Cole, who runs to his room and calls 911, pretending to sleep afterwards. Entering the room, they use a needle to draw his blood, which Bee says shouldn't wake him given the amount of drugs he's given him. Despite his fear of needles, he manages to remain calm. Just before Bee leaves the room, she realizes her window is open as she tried to escape. She ducks behind her door and heads back into the room when she hears her attempt to escape. Cole unfortunately passes out from exhaustion due to his blood loss. The group ties him to a chair in the living room.
In the living room, the group questions him and Bee tells Cole that he shouldn't be awake and admits that he injected the syringe she gave him with drugs meant to make Cole sleep. They try to convince him that they need his blood for a scientific project. They believe they have convinced Cole of the lie and want to untie him when a police car pulls up in front of the house. Bee now knows Cole saw more than he was initially willing to let on, and when the cops enter the house, Max throws a poker in his eye. This cop staggers back and shoots his gun at Allison's chest. Bee kills the other cop by slitting his throat, and Max finishes off the wounded man by ripping the poker out of his skull.
Another officer radios in with a walkie-talkie and asks about the situation. Bee forces Cole to give them the police codes for "okay" and "lunch break" and warns him not to lie, noticing that he turns his head in the process. He gives them the right codes and dispels any suspicion. An injured Allison begins to sob and complain about her gunshot wound, but Bee refuses to call an ambulance due to the multiple bodies. While they are distracted, Cole escapes and runs upstairs. John gives chase, but Cole accidentally kills him by pushing him down a ladder, causing him to fall and impaling a trophy through his neck. Bee angrily demands that Max and Sonya find Cole, upset that she has yet another body to dispose of. Bee stays behind to clean up the crime scene.
After Cole kills Max and Sonya, Bee shoots him with a shotgun she took from the police car. She follows him as he runs to her friend Melanie's house, but the two avoid her as she looks around the house. Cole tells Melanie to call the police and runs to her house, taunting Bee along the way.
Inside the house, Cole is shocked to see that Bee has removed all evidence of the crimes committed. Cole encounters a seemingly lifeless Allison sitting in a chair, who comes to life and attacks him while he is in the kitchen, now confused and vengeful. As she is about to kill Cole with a kitchen knife, Bee kills her with the shotgun and blows her head off. As Bee ponders what to do with Cole, she takes the book and threatens to burn it if Bee doesn't explain everything.
Bee explains to Cole that she made a deal with the devil to get what she wants and explains the ritual. Instead of killing Cole, he tries to persuade him to join his effort and lie to the authorities that the others attacked the two and killed them in self-defense. Cole rejects the deal and burns the book, leaving a horrified bee trying to erase it. As she desperately tries to put out the flames, Cole steals Melanie's father's car and drives it into the house, crashing into Bee. As they say their final goodbyes, in accordance with her final request, Cole tells her about his intergalactic dream team before leaving the house, assuming she is dead.
When a firefighter examines the house, he doesn't find a body under the car, showing that Bee survived. Bee suddenly appears and attacks the fireman, presumably killing him.

Two years later, Cole is presumed insane as no one believes the events of the night at his home while Cole remains obsessed with Bee. Bee's friends return and try to perform the ritual again, along with Cole's friend.Melaniealthough this time there is initially no sign of Bee.
As the ritual progresses, Bee emerges from a nearby lake and it is revealed that she was behind the events of the night and was the babysitter for Cole's new friend Phoebe. When Phoebe was a child, they were both in a car accident, of which Phoebe was believed to be the sole survivor. In reality, Bee made a deal with the devil to save the young woman. After collecting the necessary blood, Bee's friends drink but begin to melt because Cole is no longer a virgin due to having sex with Phoebe. Only Bee is saved because she doesn't drink the blood.
Afterwards, it is revealed that Bee prepared everything to save Cole and Phoebe, deliberately bringing them together through manipulation of events. Although Bee wasn't sure it would work, she reminds Cole that she always told him that if the right girl showed up, she'd appreciate her quirkiness and that ultimately it's not worth getting that, what you want without trying. Bee recalls Cole telling her he loves her two years ago and claims that he changed her for the better that night. However, not everyone is sure yet. Their conversation is interrupted by Cole's father, who is surprised to see Bee and she tells him she raised a good young man.
Back to Cole and Phoebe, an excited bee tells them to look out for each other. Bee takes the goblet of blood and explains that the ritual has winners and losers, "you or they" and that there can be no tie, they must defeat their demons or die. Bee reminds them that there's one more demon that needs to be slain to make them truly safe: them. As Cole desperately begs her, Bee drinks from the goblet of blood, condemning herself to saving Cole and Phoebe. Crying, the three say goodbye, Cole and Bee touch their fingers one last time. Bee steps back and is surrounded by a maelstrom of sand. Bee burns to nothing and the Maelstrom disappears. After witnessing Bee's death, Cole's father finally believes what happened and no longer thinks he's insane.
