DOUBLE INSULATION INSTRUCTIONS Double insulation
Double insulated devices consist of two separate layers of electrical insulation or a single layer of reinforced insulation between the user and the electrical system of the device. Products constructed with this insulation system must not be earthed. Therefore, this device is equipped with a two-pronged plug that allows it to be used without worrying about maintaining an earth connection.
MONITORING:Double insulation is not a substitute for normal safety precautions when operating this device. The secondary insulation system is intended to protect against injury resulting from a possible failure of the primary insulation within the product.
CAUTIOUS: USE ONLY IDENTICAL SPARE PARTS DURING MAINTENANCE. REPAIR OR REPLACE DAMAGED CABLES.
Polarized plugs
Polarized plugs (one blade wider than the other) are used on appliances to reduce the risk of electric shock. As shipped, this plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way.
NOTE:DO NOT ALTER THE FORM IN ANY WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FULLY FIT INTO THE OUTLET, TURN THE PLUG INTO THE ENTIRE WAY. IF IT STILL DOESN'T FIT, CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL PROPER OUTLET.

FILTER INSTALLATION AND CLEANING
dry collection operation
PERCEIVE:Clean or change the filter regularly for best performance. ALWAYS USE THE REUSABLE CLOTH FILTER FOR DRYING
CHALLENGING. Using the machine without the reusable cloth filter will burn out the motor and void the warranty. Always have spare filters on hand.
PERCEIVE:The included filters are made of high quality materials designed to capture small dust particles. The reusable cloth filter is for dry collection only. A dry, reusable cloth filter is required to collect dust. When the reusable cloth filter gets wet, it clogs quickly and is very difficult to clean. Handle the filter with care when removing it for cleaning and replacing it. Check the filters for cracks or small holes. A small hole can let dust through and out of the filter. Do not use a filter with holes or cracks; replace it immediately.

wet collection operation
IMPORTANT!When sucking up large amounts of liquid, do not immerse the nozzle completely in the liquid; Leave room at the top of the mouthpiece opening to allow air to enter. The machine is equipped with a float valve that stops suction when the collection tank reaches its maximum capacity. You will notice an increase in engine speed.
NOTE:IF THIS HAPPENS, TURN OFF THE MACHINE, DISCONNECT FROM POWER SUPPLY AND DRAIN INTO AN APPROPRIATE CONTAINER OR DRAIN. AFTER WET VACUUMING, TURN OFF THE MACHINE AND UNPLUG THE POWER SUPPLY. EMPTY BIN, CLEAN AND DRY INSIDE AND OUT BEFORE LOADING
PERCEIVE:The wet foam filter must be removed after wet vacuuming and the reusable cloth filter must be replaced before dry vacuuming again.
